Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first to third respondents to issue appropriate orders to the fourth to eight respondents to act in accordance with the order dated 04.03.2022 passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.4945 of 2022 in the light of orders of second respondent dated 08.03.2019 and 24.03.2023.

ORDER

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the Government of Puducherry / respondents 1 to 3 made a submission that the direction of this Court had been complied with to the satisfaction of the devotees who visited the temple during the Panguni festival.

2. In view of the said submission, no further consideration is required in respect of the ground raised in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed.
