The petitioner-G.R.Rajkumar has filed the present Petition for issuance of Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the first respondent to cause production of the detenue, viz., Rithika, aged 18 years, before this Court and set her at liberty. 2.Notice was issued to the first respondent and in response to the notice, the detenue, viz., Rithika was produced before this Court today. We interacted with her and she contended that she was born on 06.11.1999 and was studying I year B.D.S.course in Thai Moogambigai Dental College and Hospital, Chennai. Her specific contention is that she fell in love with the second respondent herein and married him on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
