Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.MURUGANANTHAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S P.KARITIKA KAMAL, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.14281 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 430 and 379 of IPC, in Cr.No.1752 of 2020, while granting anticipatory bail.
2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
