The Criminal Revision Case has been filed to set aside the impugned proceedings dated 18.03.2022 passed in Na.Ka.No.2418/2020/A2 by the first respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of this petition, the petitioner has filed a suit in O.S.No.907 of 2022 before the District Court, Coimbatore against the impugned proceedings, in which, a petition was filed in I.A.No.2 of 2022 seeking temporary injunction and the trial Court has also granted ad-interim injunction and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Criminal Revision Case is closed. However, it is made clear that the impugned proceedings dated 18.03.2022 is subject to the result of the civil suit.
