This petition has been filed for modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.6293 of 2024, dated 15.03.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6293 of 2024, dated 15.03.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Thiruvotriyur, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
