ORDER

The present contempt petition has been filed against the respondents for not complying of the orders of this Court dated 19.11.2015 and as modified dated 25.11.2015 passed in CRP No.3817 of 2015.

2. A Memo has been filed by the petitioner stating https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ that after filing of the Contempt Petition, this Court had

granted time to the respondents to vacate and deliver vacant possession of the tenanted premises till 30.06.2016 and that, the respondents have already filed an affidavit of undertaking to that effect before this Court.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the respondents have already paid the arrears of rent to the petitioner's landlord.

Recording the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners and the averments stated in the Memo, filed by the petitioners, the contempt petition is closed.
