Writ Petition No.20249 of 2008 filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to treat the allotment of seat given to the petitioner in MBBS course from the academic year 2007-2008 in P.S.G. Medical College, Coimbatore as the seat given in any one of the Government Medical Colleges with effect from the academic year 2007-2008.

* Prayer amended as per Court order dated 20.11.2008 in MP.No.2 of 2008 in WP.No.20249 of 2008 Writ Petition No.20250 of 2008 filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to treat the allotment of seat given to the petitioner in MBBS course from the academic year 2007-2008 in Chettinad Hospital & Research Institute, Chennai, as the seat given in any one of the Government Medical Colleges with effect from the academic year 2007-2008.
