The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking for a writ of Mandamus Mandamus directing the respondents to stop the engagement of "Voucher Paid Employees" through back door method and refrain from regularizing the services of such employees. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Even though the petitioner has submitted his representation to the respondents 1 and 2 dated 31.03.2015 and 05.05.2015, the respondents 1 and 2 have not taken any action to dispose of the same, which prompted the petitioner to move this Court for the above direction.

3.Considering the limited scope of prayer, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 31.03.2015 and 05.05.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner herein and after conducting enquiry, within a period of six weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.In the result, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
