By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioners have come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the second respondent to consider their representation dated 08.08.2018 against installation of H.T. Towers within a stipulated time frame and to direct the respondents herein to maintain the status quo till the disposal of their above said representation.
3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners have submitted representation dated 08.08.2018, but, the same is yet to be disposed of by the second respondent. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.
4.Mr.R.Vasudevan, learned Central Government Standing Counsel, Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader and Mr.V.Kalyanaraman, learned Standing Counsel representing for M/s.Aiyar and Dolia taking notice for the respondents respectively, submitted that the respondents be directed to consider the petitioners' representation and pass orders in accordance with law.
5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court directs the respondents to consider the petitioners' representation dated 08.08.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioners as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of.
