The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent-police to register an FIR, on the complaint dated 26.01.2016 given by the petitioner and to investigate the same.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. On the complaint dated 26.01.2016, given by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.81 of 2016. On a reading of the complaint, it is seen that the opposite party had borrowed Rs.1,03,000/- from the petitioner and has not returned the amount. It is also admitted by the petitioner that he had given the money executing a loan document dated 15.04.2015.

4. Under such circumstances, no positive direction can be given to the respondent-Police to register an FIR. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
