This petition is filed to condone the delay of days in preferring the above Criminal Revision.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Mr.K.Vijayakumar, learned counsel who takes notice for the respondent has no objection to allow this petition.

4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and in view of the no objection expressed by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, the delay of 454 days in filing the Criminal Revision is condoned and the petition is ordered.
