ORDER

The revision petitioner is the plaintiff in O.S. No.252 of 2009 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Gobichettipalayam, Erode. 2.The revision petitioner/plaintiff sought for a declaration in O.S.No.252 of 2009 that the defendant therein is not his son.

3.Now, the revision petitioner/plaintiff has filed I.A.No.961 of 2014 in O.S. No.252 of 2009 to implead his father stating that the defendant is the son of his father.

4.The Trial Court rejected I.A. No.961 of 2014 in O.S.No.252 of 2009 on 14.07.2015. This revision petition is filed against the above said order.

5.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 6.The Trial Court came to the conclusion that the proposed party is not a necessary party to decide the issue involved in the suit. I do not find any infirmity in the order of the Trial Court. Hence the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
