This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry in Cr.No.811 of 2017.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on the complaint lodged by one Nishmitha, a case in Cr.No.811 of 2017 dated 11.06.2017 has been registered under Section 379 IPC against two accused. Since the police suspect the involvement of this petitioner, enquiry is being held against him.
