O R D E R

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent-police to register a case, on the complaint dated 08.07.2015 given by the petitioner and to investigate the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that on the complaint dated 08.01.2015, given by the petitioner, the Inspector of Police, Central Crime Branch, Team-II and Anti Land Grabbing Cell, Chennai, have conducted thorough enquiry and closed the same on 11.07.2015. A copy of the closure report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Since the dispute is entirely civil in nature, no https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

positive direction can be given to the respondent-Police to register an FIR.

5. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
