This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to give NOC to renew the Passport No.K4260168 issued by the Regional Passport Office Chennai on 18.07.2012 which expires on 17.07.2022.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's request has been complied with and the NOC (No Objection Certificate) has been sent by the respondents to the Regional Passport Office on 22.04.2022 by RPAD. He would further submit that the copy of the NOC will be handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Recording the same, the criminal original petition stands disposed of.
