(Heard through video conferencing) This Civil Revision Petition has been filed praying to set aside the fair order and decreetal order passed in M.P.No.103 of 2016 in RCA.No.276 of 2015 dated 03.08.2016 by the IX Judge, Court of Small Causes, Chennai.

2. There is no representation for the petitioner.

3. However, the learned counsel for the respondents submitted that in pursuance of the orders passed in the Execution Petition, the delivery of the property itself has been taken and nothing survives in this petition, anymore.

4. As there is no representation for the petitioner and also by taking note of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents, this Civil Revision Petition is ordered as dismissed.
