O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 28.04.2018.

2. Heard Mr.M.Mariappan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Ms.M.Prabhavathi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that after receipt of the complaint, CSR has been issued, a preliminary enquiry has been conducted and thereafter the complaint has been closed on 19.05.2018.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has not received any intimation with regard to the closure of his complaint.

5. Considering the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. The respondent is directed to send intimation to the petitioner by RPAD with regard to the closure of the complaint within a week from the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is open to the petitioner to avail any other remedy which is available under law.
