This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to forbear respondents 1 and 2 from considering any other candidate for MBBS Course in Government Quota in any of the Medical Colleges in the State of Tamil Nadu for 2015-2016 session, on merits, except those candidates including the petitioner, who have completed their Plus Two Higher Secondary Course in March 2015.
2. Heard the learned counsel for both sides.
3. In view of the Division Bench judgment of this Court in W.A.No.842 of 2015, dated 11.07.2015, which upheld the policy decision of the respondents, in permitting the previous years candidates / students to participate in the selection for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
