ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the present Civil Revision Petition was filed challenging the order passed in the Execution Proceedings in E.P.No.60 of 2018 on the file of the Labour Court, Salem, and that this Court, by order dated 26.06.2023, had granted an interim stay. However, it is now submitted that the respondent had withdrawn the Execution Proceedings and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.

2. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed. 12-03-2026 Asi To
