Seeking to revoke the succession certificate granted by this Court in OP No.2 of 2012 by exparte order dated 14.03.2014, the applicants/respondents have come up with this application.

2. The learned counsel for the applicants fairly admits that the applicants received notice from this Court on 06.03.2014 and subsequently, they have sent a letter to the Registry seeking extension of time. Despite the efforts made by the applicants, exparte order has been passed.

3. It is not in dispute that the order of this court dated 14.03.2014 has been passed only after service of notice on the applicants herein. Hence, this application filed by the applicants to revoke the succession certificate granted by this Court in OP No.2 of 2012 dated 14.03.2014 cannot be entertained.

4. Accordingly, this application is dismissed. 22.12.2016
