The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a FIR, on the complaint dated 03.05.2016, given by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is alleged by the petitioner that she was betrothed to marry one Natarajan and after the betrothal, Natarajan is refusing to marry her. In this case, the petitioner has given a complaint, in which, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.36 of 2016.

4. Under such circumstances, the respondent Police is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR.No.36 of 2016 and take action in accordance with law.
