This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 25 of the Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Act 1960 as amended by Act 1980 against the fair and decreetal order dated 30.09.2011 made in R.C.A.No.7 of 2010 passed by the Learned Subordinate Poonamallee reversing the order dated 19.04.2010 passed by the District Munsifcum-Rent Controller made in R.C.O.P.No.35 of 2008.
