O R D E R

The petitioner who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294 (b), 324 & 506 (ii) of IPC, in Crime No.1453 of 2020, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and his father and brother abused the de-facto complainant and his brother with filthy language and attacked them by using a stick. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Therefore, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner attacked the de-facto complainant and the injured was treated as an outpatient. He further submit that there are four previous cases against the petitioner, out of which, two are murder cases. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the petitioner already involved in four previous cases, out of which, two are murder cases, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
