ORDER
This contempt petition has been preferred seeking to punish the respondents for the alleged noncompliance of the order dated 11.02.2022 passed by this Court in W.A. No.212 of 2022.

cad Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though interest on pension has been disbursed, since the working sheet therefor has not been provided to the petitioner, the petitioner is not in a position to state as to whether the correct amount of interest on pension has been disbursed. Further, according to him, only reduced amount of pension is being paid. We are not inclined to delve into the above aspect in this contempt petition. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law and claim the difference amount, if any. With the above observation, this contempt petition stands closed.
