This Petition has been filed seeking to implead the petitioner herein as further respondent in the Writ Petition.

2. The petitioner claims that he had been provisionally selected for the post of Sub-Inspector of Police and that if any orders are passed in this Writ Petition, he would be directly affected. It is therefore contended that he is a necessary party to the Writ Petition. 3 In view of this reason, this Petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment before issuing order copy impleading the petitioner herein as further respondent in the Writ Petition.
