O R D E R

The petitioner who apprehends apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 506(i), 505(2), 153(B) of IPC, Section 67 of Information Technology(Amendment) Act 2008 in Crime No.407 of 2020 seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner/A1 along with A2 have abused a political party with filthy language and recorded as video and uploaded the same in face book, internet and forwarded the video in whats app group and the co-accused/A2 was arrested. Hence the complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner is arrayed as A1 and he along with A2 have abused a political party with filthy language and recorded as video and uploaded the same in face book, internet and forwarded the video in whats app group. He further submitted that the co-accused has been arrested and under custody. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Considering the fact and circumstances of the case and also the fact the co-accused was arrested in this case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. When this Court is about to dismiss the petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition.

4.
