2. The learned counsel for the petitioner in O.P.No.5 of 2022 shall serve the papers on the learned counsel for the respondent appearing in that application. In the mean time, the learned counsel for the respondent in that application shall also file their vakalatnama.

3. A.No.2049 of 2021 is disposed of by making the interim order absolute in view of the fact that main case itself is going to be taken up for hearing.
