This matter is posted today before this Court under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that there is some clarification in Paragraph No.11 of the order dated 05.01.2024 in W.P.Nos.10489 and 10491 of 2022. Hence, he prayed for suitable directions.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this petition is clarified and Paragraph No.11 of the order dated 05.01.2024 in W.P.Nos.10489 and 10491 of 2022 shall read as follows:- "11. Therefore, the impugned order passed by the second respondent in W.P.No.10489 of 2022 is liable to be quashed. Accordingly, the order passed by the second respondent in W.P.No.10489 of in his proceedings No.Na.Ka.No.2601/2021/A3 dated 04.05.2021, is hereby quashed. The second respondent is directed to give notional promotion to the petitioners to the post of Bill Collector/Junior Assistant with notional pay fixation from 02.06.2001 in respect of the petitioner in W.P.No.10489 of 2022 and from 16.08.2001 in respect of the petitioner in W.P.No.10491 of 2022 and revise their pension and other terminal benefits and pay the same with arrears, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
