Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the Bail condition in para 4 imposed on Petitioner in Crl.M.P.NO.8477 of 2020 in Criminal O.P. NO.16883 of 2020 dated 21/12/2020 on the file of Respondent Police Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.ELAN KUMARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.KRITIKA KAMAL P. Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application is filed to relax the conditions imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.8477 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.16883 of 2020, dated 21.12.2021 is modified and the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent Police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
