The prayer made in this writ petition is to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.03.2015 with respect to save the life of the Senior Citizen viz., K.R.Ramaswamy @ Traffic Ramaswamy.

Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the respondents fairly submitted that during the pendency of this writ petition, both the petitioner and the person, for whom the relief is sought herein, have breathed their last and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
