ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the order dated 31.10.2025 passed in W.P.No. 41609 of 2025

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the documents placed on record.

3. When the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsels appearing for the respondents submits that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.41609 of 2025 dated 31.10.2025 has been duly complied with and the compliance report has also been filed by the 1st respondent by way of Proceedings in Na.Ka.No.20 of 2025 dated 02.06.2026, thereby pleaded to close the present Contempt Petition.

4. It is to be noted that as per the order passed by this Court on 29.04.2026, the 2nd respondent is present and submitted that the order passed by this Court has been duly complied with.

5. In view of the above, since the order passed by this Court has been duly complied with, the present Contempt Petition is closed, as nothing survives for further adjudication. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.20 of 2025 dated 02.06.2026 passed by the 1st respondent, he is at liberty to challenge the same in accordance with law. 10-06-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order ssd To
