Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the records of the 1st respondent herein concerned in C.O.C.No.09/2019 dated 14.03.2019 quashing the same, directing the respondents herein to produce the body and person of the detenu by name Rajkumar @ Kumili Rajkumar before this Hon'ble Court and setting him at liberty now detained in Central Prison, Tiruchirapalli, Tiruchirapalli District.

ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner challenges the impugned order of detention in C.O.C.No.09/2019, dated 15.03.2019, detaining her husband as "Goonda", as contemplated under Section 2(f) of the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor reports that the order of detention passed against the detenu has been revoked by the Government by its order in G.O.Rt.No.1442 Home, Prohibition and Excise (XV) Department, dated 25.04.2019 and he has also produced a copy of the Government Order.
