ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking an early disposal of A.S.No.01 of 2017 which is now pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Kancheepuram.

2.A report was sought from the Subordinate Court, Kancheepuram and a report dated 03.06.2021 had been received. 3.It is seen that the service has not yet been completed for the 2nd respondent and the Court had directed service through substituted service by paper publication in a newspaper and the next hearing date was given as 13.07.2021. Unless service is completed and all the parties are represented by their counsel, it will not be possible for the learned Subordinate Judge, Kancheepuram, to proceed further with the hearing of the Appeal. The learned Subordinate Judge, Kancheepuram, may, if it is possible, endeavor to dispose of A.S.No.1 of 2017 on or before 31.01.2022.

4.With the above observation, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
