ORDER

The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 4382 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 361, 387, 395 r/w 397 of I.P.C, while granting bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned counsel for Government of Tamilnadu (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed in Crl.O.P.No.4382 of 2021 dated 05.03.2021 by this Court is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear on the first working day of every https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

month at 10.30 a.m. before the Trial Court viz., III Additional District Judge, Gobichettipalayam, Erode until further orders.
