ORDER

This Writ Petition has filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 11.06.2020 seeking not to disburse retiral benefits of the fourth respondent on pending impartial enquiry as per the provisions of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act, 2013 within the time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. It is reliably learnt that the fourth respondent was allowed to retire and he has been given with all the benefits. Hence the prayer in this writ petition has become infructuous.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
