PRAYER: The Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the respondent police to file the final report in the Crime No.442 of 2021 of J-4 Kotturpuram Police Station within the time stipulated by this Court.

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police to file the final report in the Crime No.442 of 2021 of J-4 Kotturpuram Police Station within the time stipulated by this Court.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that investigation in Crime No.442 of 2021 for the offence under Section 381 of IPC, has been completed and the final report is made ready. He would submit that the final report will be filed before the jurisdictional Court within a period of two months.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl. side), direction is issued to the respondent police to file the final report in Crime No.442 of 2021 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
