(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent submitted that nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition as the alleged unauthorized construction has been removed. 2.Learned counsel appearing for respondents 2 and 3 submitted that the revised plan has been approved. 3.In such view of the matter, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
