Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to grant approval of the petitioner's appointment as B.T.Assistant (Maths) in the seventh respondent minority aided school with all Monetary and service benefits from the date of his appointment and to direct the respondents to revise the staff fixation.
