Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying
for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's proposal sent by the third respondent, to regularise forthwith his services of the petitioner in the post of Junior Assistant with effect from the date of joining namely 15.05.2018 granting all the applicable increments and pay the difference in pay upto date. ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the first respondent to pass order on the proposal sent by the third respondent to regularise the service of the petitioner in the post of Junior Assistant with effect from the date of his appointment.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3. The petitioner was appointed as Junior Assistant on compassionate ground on 15.05.2018 by the fourth respondent. After completion of two years, his service is liable to be regularised. However, so far his service was not regularised. Therefore, the petitioner submitted a representation to regularise his service. It was forwarded to the first respondent
and it is pending. Hence, this writ petition.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the first respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation submitted by the petitioner seeking regularisation of his service on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
