When the matter is taken up for hearing, the contemnor is present.

vga 2.Learned Government Advocate would submit that the present contempt petition would not lie and the petitioner has to seek his remedy by filing separate writ petition.

3.Since the order Na.ka.23011/2013/n3 dated 18.04.2016 has been passed, cancelling the order dated 03.07.2013, this Court does not find any willful disobedience on the part of the respondent.
