This application has been filed to raise the Order of attachment of this Court dated 20.08.2018.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties after the attachment order was passed by this Court at their instance.

3. In the above circumstances, the applicant themselves have filed the present application for raising the attachment. In view of the same, the attachment order dated 20.08.2018 stands raised.
