..Respondent(s) Prayer: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the second respondent in its No.NIL dated 25.01.2022 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to grant NOC and release the Hypothecation in respect of Loan Agreement NO.LASAL00034397229 dated 01.06.2016 for the purchase of Black Volvo-S60 bearing registration number TN 09 C 0090 and in Loan Agreement No.LASAL00034724775 dated 2016 for purchase of Innova Crysta-Z7 STR bearing registration number TN 90 E 1999 in the light of the loans bearing repaid in full by the petitioner.
