The Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order dated 17.12.2014 passed in I.A.No.17060 of 2014 in O.S.No.10300 of 2010 on the file of the VI Additional City Civil Court, Chennai.

2. When the Civil Revision Petition is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the respondent has filed a memo stating that the suit in O.S.No.10300 of 2010 has been decreed on 31.03.2016 and the Civil Revision petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondent, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 19.12.2017 kj To VI Additional City Civil Court, Chennai.
