Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certioararified Mandamus calling for the records of the respondents in connection with the impugned Orders issued by the first respondent in G.O.(Rt) No.1488 Health and Family Welfare (MC.1) Dept. dated 31.12.2014 and quash the portion of paragraph no.2 of the Order which states that the individual is allowed to continue the study like a non-service candidate and consequently permit the petitioner to continue her Post Graduation Degree Course M.D. (Pharm) as a service candidate and grant her all consequential service and monetary benefits.
