The petitioner-wife filed H.M.O.P.No.365 of 2011 on the file of Sub Judge, Tambaram for divorce, while the respondent-husband filed H.M.O.P.No.971 of 2011 on the file of III Additional Principal Judge, Family court at Chennai for restitution of conjugal rights.

2. This Transfer C.M.P is filed by the wife to transfer H.M.O.P.No.365 of 2011 on the file of Sub Court , Tamabram to the III Additional Principal Judge, Family Court ,Chennai

3. I am not inclined to transfer H.M.O.P.No.365 of 2011 on the file of Sub Court , Tambaram in view of section 19(iii-a) of the Hindu Marriage Act, as the petitioner-wife resides at Tambaram. However, I am inclined the transfer H.M.O.P.No.971 of 2011 on the file of III Additional Principal Judge, Family court at Chennai to the file of Sub Court , Tambaram, in order to have a joint trial, so that time and energy of both the parties would be saved. 4.

Accordingly, a direction is issued to transfer H.M.O.P.No.971 of 2011 from the file of III Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai to the file of Sub Court, Tambaram to be tried along with H.M.O.P.No.365 of 2011.
