(The Case has been heard through Video Conference) This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to issue a direction directing the first respondent herein to give police protection to petitioner and petitioner's family from the respondents 2 to 5 and to give necessary police protection to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner's property above mentioned against trespass or encroachment by the respondents 2 to 5.

2. For property dispute, the petitioner filed this present Criminal Original Petition for providing police protection to the petitioner's family and his property. However, perusal of the records reveals that, there was a civil dispute, which cannot be decided under 482 Cr.P.C. Hence, this petition is not maintainable.
