It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that since second appeal is pending with regard to the connected matter, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and to take proceedings after disposal of the Second Appeal. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the representation and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to move writ petition, after disposal of the Second Appeal. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
