ORDER

The revision petitioner states that the amount as ordered in L.A.O.P. No.414 of 1994 is not yet paid by the respondents, though

the order in L.A.O.P.No.414 of 1994 is confirmed by the Apex Court with some modification.

2.According to the revision petitioner, the land was acquired in 1983 and he is yet to be given proper compensation. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that E.P.No.286 of 2014 is not disposed of. Hence the revision petitioner has filed this Civil Revision Petition seeking a direction to the learned II Additional Subordinate Judge, Coimbatore to dispose of E.P.No.286 of 2014 within a stipulated time.

3.Taking into account the aforesaid facts, the learned II Additional Subordinate Judge, Coimbatore is directed to dispose of E.P.No.286 of 2014, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
