These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 332 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the third respondent, to set aside the abatement in CRP. No.1539 of 2018 caused due to the death of third respondent and to bring on record the respondents 9 to 11 herein as legal representatives of the third respondent and array them as respondents in CRP.No.1539 of 2018.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed along with the above petitions.

3. Accordingly, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed and the Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the cause title in the Civil Revision Petition.
