By order dated 26.09.2022, this Court had granted stay on condition the appellant deposits 50% of the award amount together with accrued interest and costs to the credit of LAOP.No28 of 2014 on the file of the Sub Court, Ponneri, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

2. Mr.T.Chandrasekaran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the appellant would submit that the amount has not been deposited till date. Hence, the order of stay granted by this Court is vacated and this petition is dismissed.

3. The Executing Court shall proceed with the execution petition and dispose of the same within a period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of the order vacating stay.

4. Registry is directed to forward the order vacating stay forthwith to the Executing Court.
